Eurostar Global acquires additional office space for new operational headquarters within existing site. 22/03/2016
A purpose built office headquarters has been acquired in March 2016 with all office staff set to relocate to the building within 3 months.
The additional building was acquired to manage the growth plans that the business has in place.
The 4500sq ft building will provide space for up to 70 staff over two floors and plans have already been put in place for a fit out over the next 2 months.
The building will be fibre networked directly into the company’s existing IT infrastructure which already has capacity to see the business exceed 150 staff.
This is the 4th building to be added to the Eurostar Global property portfolio within the Lymedale Business Park site, extending their site presence to over 13500sq ft.
Existing offices are set to be quickly transformed into a Servicing facility, supporting the sales arm of the Eurostar Global business with a larger, bespoke kitting, processing and fulfilment centre.
